Hi, i’m Hari.
Hari Khalsa, AMFT
I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), supervised by Mary Ziadeh, LMFT. With over 15 years of experience in healthcare and counseling, I bring a diverse background and a deep understanding of human experiences to my work with teens and adults. My approach is collaborative and relational, emphasizing each client’s unique strengths and perspectives. I am committed to creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where individuals can explore their emotions, deepen self-awareness, and build meaningful connections with themselves, their families, and the broader community.
I have extensive experience supporting people through life transitions and navigating complex relational dynamics—whether it’s adolescence, adjusting to parenthood, coping with grief or loss, relationship changes, or finding new direction at any stage of life. I work alongside my clients to help them move through these moments with resilience, self-compassion, and intention—creating more loving, sustainable, and connected relationships.
Using a blend of evidence-based practices and a client-centered perspective, I work alongside individuals and families to foster healing, growth, and lasting change.
